The staff was very polite smiling pleasant. The wait time was not long definitely not unbearable. When my name was called I was escorted toy room the nurse introduced herself to me very pleasant And when physician came in he too introduced himself very pleasant understanding and helped me to understand my skin issue better than before. The entire staff seemed so caring and concerned.
Great office from beginning to end. Efficient effective and very cordial office staff. Treatment staff has great bed side interaction. Always made me feel comfortable and at ease. Treatment was quick but thorough and detailed. Constant conversation of what was being looked at, what it appeared to be, options and expectations during actual treatment of suspect spots. I'm glad I found this office for my annual check ups.
The office is neat and clean and well organized. the staff were friendly and efficient. Dr. Bauer reviewed the procedure thoroughly and made sure I was informed all through the surgery. All in all, a very positive experience.

D&A has a friendly staff that movesyou through the process from check in toprocedure in an organized manner. Mydoctor is thorough and explains every step of the exam and her findings. I feel like a valued patient and look forward to my yearly visits.
The parking area is tight. There's little-to-no turnaround space. Drive your car, not your long bed crew cab.The people are great. Always adequate staffing up front. Comfortable waiting area. My provider is always timely, engaging, respectful, informative, and well prepared. It makes for a quick visit so come prepared with your list of questions and concerns . . . you don't miss your opportunity to interject.My provider is often accompanied by a student intern. That has always been disclosed by the nurse during triag and I am always given the opportinity to decline. That's another good reason to come prepared with what you want to discuss. Will you be comfortable addressing everything when an intern is present and not always just observing. It's good for them, fine by me, and has always been adequately discreet.
It is always a pleasant break from my routine to visit your office. Each and every staff member is friendly, efficient, and caring. Dr. Myer knows what to treat and what to leave aside for the time being. I appreciate that she doesn't mind if I ask how her family is doing. I moved to Olympia and visited your office when she was just starting to work here. The experience for me is similar to when I was an undergraduate transfer student at a university and wanted to connect with people at a new place where most students already knew other students, staff, and faculty. I am very appreciative.

I didn't have to wait long after my appointment time to be called back. It didn't take long for my physician to come see me. She validated my concerns and helped take a biopsy sample of a spot I was concerned about very quickly! I told her I was sensitive to pain and didn't feel anything, it was great! Definitely a good visit for me.
I was greated by the doorman. He could look up the appointment and let us in. He had a smile and told us right where to go.The staff in the office are very efficient. They are always happy and informative. I is like a well oiled machine with a smile. Very nice staff and doctors. The facility is very safe and clean. The entire experience, from check-in to check-out, is extremely efficient and professional. Even before check-in, the text reminders are appropriate, and not overly burdensome. The receptionists are knowledgeable and experienced with insurance information. The Medial Assistant had my electronic chart, and updated it appropriately very quickly. Dr. Elm is very prompt, thorough, and careful with his examination. He is always informative and professional, and a pleasure to interact with. Check-out and scheduling was also very rapid and efficient.I have no complaints whatsoever, only praise and much respect.
At every visit with Dermatology & Allergy Specialists of Olympia, I am greeted with friendly front office staff and treated with complete respect. My dermatologist, Dr. Kaylie Myer is wonderful. She is one of the most caring and dedicated health care providers I have ever had the pleasure with whom to work. She listens attentively and responds to all of my questions and concerns with thoughtful answers and information that helps me make informed decisions. Dr. Myer has an awesome staff of medical assistants as well. I would highly both Dr. Myer and D & A Specialists.
